Federacja Agroturystyczna NA TURE z Francji wysłała do Gospodarstwa Agroturystycznego PELCÓWKA na Kaszubach zamówienie z prośbą o zorganizowanie pobytu delegacji z Deols.
Zgodnie ze złożonym zamówieniem pobytu, informatorem Gospodarstwa Agroturystycznego PELCÓWKA w Chmielnie oraz informacjami o atrakcjach turystycznych okolicy, sporządź dokumenty związane z organizacją pobytu oraz rozliczeniem finansowym usług turystycznych:
- ofertę pobytu w Gospodarstwie Agroturystycznym PELCÓWKA wraz z wycieczką krajoznawczą,
- program wycieczki krajoznawczej,
- zamówienie przewodnika turystycznego,
- kalkulację kosztów pobytu delegacji wraz z wycieczką krajoznawczą. Druki do sporządzenia dokumentów znajdują się w arkuszu egzaminacyjnym. Wszystkie dokumenty podpisz Jan Kowalski.
Wszystkie dokumenty sporządź w języku polskim.
Zamówienie pobytu w Gospodarstwie Agroturystycznym PELCÓWKA wraz z wycieczką

Resuming our cooperation, we kindly request organising a three-day educational visit from 04.07.2015 (Saturday) till 06.07.2015 (Monday) for a delegation of five adults from Deols (fuli board). As regards accommodation, our delegation will need:
• 1 apartment with a double bed for a married couple,
• 1 twin room for two adults,
• 1 single room for Mr Pierre Petit. Check-in: 4st July 2015 (Saturday) about 12 o'clock Check-out: 6rd July 2015 (Monday) after breakfast
For the first day of our stay, we request that you:
• rent five bicycles for a ride around the area (1 hour after lunch)
• prepare a conference room for the delegates to use for two hours (before dinner)
• prepare a bonfire accompanied by a performance of a Kashubian musie band (after dinner)
also:
• organise a sightseeing trip (5nd of July, 2015) around the area, including the attractions of Chmielno (a visit to the Museum of Kashubian Portery of the Necel Family), Wdzydze (Kashubian Ethnographic Park), Szymbark (the Centrę for Education and Regional Promotion), Kartuzy (the Kashubian Museum) - with a French speaking guide to accompany our group during the whole trip
• please, do not schedule lunch for our group for the day of the trip, i.e. 5nd of July. We would also like to inform you that our delegation will be using our own car.
We request that you prepare a stay offer, a sightseeing programme and the calculations and mail them to our address.
