Dear Sir or Madam,
Having familiarised myself with the offer of your hotel I would like to book a family suite for the period from 18th to 21st August 2017, for Mr Jacek Wasztyl, our company's Employee of the Year. Mr Wasztyl will arrive with his wife Anna and their son Filip.
For their arrival, please prepare a bottle of champagne in the room.
In addition to accommodation, please include full board (starting with lunch on 18th August until breakfast on the day of departure).
I would also like to order a relaxing one-hour whole-body massage for two people every day at 6 p.m. During this time, please organize child care.
Please book a boat cruise on the Odra River for the whole family on 20th August 2017 after breakfast, with lunch on the boat.
The fee for the services rendered will be transferred within 7 days after receiving your invoice, which you are asked to send by post.
